Gallup-ing on towards Colorado

We woke up to ice on the windshield and 18 degrees.

Another gas fill up and driver switch. It’s interesting to see how different New Mexico is from Arizona and California. I’m very tired… glad we have two drivers.

The replacement driver took a wrong turn getting back on the 40 freeway and we ended up driving by the historic Hotel El Rancho. Many of the Hollywood rich and famous would come here to vacation.

We passed the continental divide and are on the way to Santa Fe as our next planned stop.
